Ms Varnika Agarwal, is an expert career mentor and training specialist. She is an empanelled Counselor at the National Career Services (NCS) with the Government of India. An enthusiastic mentor, Varnika has helped numerous students and parents on solving their most complex career and parenting dilemmas.
She has varied experience across industries like IT, Retail, Electronics, Education and Art. While, working successfully in the corporate sector for 10 years across various roles was intellectually stimulating for her, she particularly enjoyed her role as a mentor. Varnika finds her passion for mentoring students soulfully fulfilling and enriching. We have found great help and guidance in Varnika . Her approach is objective and brings extreme clarity of thoughts in terms of planning the child’s future . id career counseling for my son who is in class 12th. it was a very detailed session with Mrs Varnika. Though we are quite late in going for a career counseling but we got such a sound advice and concrete career plan that we feel very confident now. Even though we are in Delhi, but the way the whole session happened made us feel that we were sitting right in front of the counselor. will definitely recommend to all parents going ahead to such a knowledgeable counselor for very personalized roadmap.

Quite impressive and logical way of solving doubts regarding career options. By the end of the session, we were clear with the career option for our child along with options. This session helped my child in suggesting better ways of learning and improved concentration . Would strongly recommend!!!
